2. Service Description

SESMetric provides transactional email delivery services, including but not limited to:

• Email delivery infrastructure and APIs
• Analytics and reporting tools
• Email authentication and security features
• Developer tools and documentation
• Customer support services

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services for:

• Sending spam, unsolicited, or bulk commercial emails
• Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful content
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing others
• Phishing or fraudulent activities

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational reasons. We will provide advance notice when possible.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms include:

• Fees are charged monthly or annually as selected
• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice

7. Data Privacy and Security

We are committed to protecting your data. Our privacy practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your data.

8. Intellectual Property

SESMetric retains all rights to our service, software, and documentation. You retain rights to your content but grant us permission to process it as necessary to provide our services. You may not reverse engineer, modify, or distribute our software.

9. Limitation of Liability

SESMetric's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions may not allow these limitations.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access will be discontinued and data may be deleted after a reasonable period. We may immediately terminate accounts that violate these terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or service notifications. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delhi, India. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect.
